If you subscribe to the OPTAX newsletter, you agree to receive Canadian tax tips, product updates, policy-change summaries, and related educational content by email.

Marketing email consent is optional. Transactional service emails, such as account, security, billing, privacy request, and filing workflow notices, are handled separately because they are needed to operate the service.

Consent Evidence

When you subscribe, we record the marketing consent version, timestamp, source, and minimized request evidence using hashes rather than raw IP address or browser user-agent values. This helps us prove the consent context without retaining unnecessary request data.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email or by contacting privacy@optax.ai. We record the opt-out timestamp and stop marketing emails after the request is processed.
